Attracto Ltd Last updated: 10th July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Attracto Ltd ("Attracto," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you visit our website (attracto.io), interact with our landing pages and funnels, respond to our advertising, or communicate with us by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Attracto Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 37B Candlewick Lane, Plymouth. PL40FF. Our company registration number is 15000929.

We serve clients and prospects in both the UK and the United States. This policy is written to meet UK GDPR requirements, and includes additional information relevant to US visitors.

1. Who This Policy Applies To

This policy covers personal data we collect:

Through attracto.io and any landing pages or funnels we operate

Through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising you interact with, including lead forms

Through SMS, WhatsApp, and email communications we send or receive

When you complete an enquiry, application, or booking form

When you engage with us as a client, prospective client, or supplier

It does not cover personal data our clients collect and control themselves through their own websites or systems — Attracto acts as a data processor for that data under separate agreements with each client.

2. What Data We Collect

Data you give us directly:

Name, email address, phone number

Business name, role, and details relevant to your enquiry (e.g. revenue, offer type, industry)

Content of messages sent via web forms, email, SMS, or WhatsApp

Payment details when purchasing a service (processed by Stripe — see Section 5; we do not store full card details)

Data collected automatically:

IP address, browser type, device information

Pages visited, time on site, referral source

Cookie and tracking data (see Section 6)

Data collected via advertising:

Information submitted through Meta Lead Ads (name, email, phone, and any custom fields in the ad form)

Ad interaction data (clicks, views) shared with us by Meta in aggregate or lead form

3. How We Use Your Data

We use personal data to:

Respond to enquiries and book calls or meetings

Deliver, manage, and improve our services to clients

Send marketing communications by email, SMS, or WhatsApp (with consent where required)

Process payments and manage invoicing

Run and measure advertising campaigns, including building lookalike or retargeting audiences

Meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations

Maintain the security of our systems

Legal basis (UK GDPR): we rely on consent (for marketing communications), contract (to deliver services you've engaged us for), and legitimate interests (for general business communication, security, and analytics) as appropriate to each use.

4. Marketing Communications

If you provide your details through a form, funnel, or ad, we may contact you by email, SMS, or WhatsApp about our services. You can opt out at any time by:

Clicking "unsubscribe" in any email

Replying "STOP" to any SMS

Telling us directly via WhatsApp or email at [email protected]

Opting out of marketing does not affect communications necessary to deliver a service you've already purchased.

5. Who We Share Data With

We share personal data with the following third-party processors, solely to operate our business and deliver services:

GoHighLevel (GHL) — our CRM platform, used to store contact records and manage email, SMS, and WhatsApp communication

Meta / Facebook — for running advertising campaigns and processing lead form submissions

Stripe — for processing payments; Stripe handles and stores card details directly, we do not

We do not sell personal data to third parties. We may disclose data where required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a business transfer (e.g. merger or acquisition).

Some of these providers are based in or transfer data to the United States. Where this happens, we rely on the provider's own compliance mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure your data is protected to UK standards.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Our website and funnels use cookies and similar technologies, including:

Essential cookies required for the site to function

Analytics cookies to understand site usage

The Meta Pixel, to measure ad performance and build advertising audiences

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect site functionality.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain client and financial records, and meet legal obligations (typically 6 years for financial records under UK law). Marketing contact data is retained until you opt out or until it becomes inactive, at which point it is deleted or anonymised.

8. Your Rights (UK Residents)

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you

Correct inaccurate data

Request deletion of your data

Restrict or object to certain processing

Request a copy of your data in a portable format

Withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on consent

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

9. Your Rights (US Residents)

Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights over your personal data, such as the right to know what data is collected, request deletion, or opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data. Attracto does not sell personal data. To make a request, contact us at [email protected].

10. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including access controls and secure third-party platforms — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's Data

Our services are directed at businesses and business owners. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
