Fees for any engagement will be set out in a separate service agreement. Unless otherwise stated in that agreement, fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during calls or the course of an engagement, and to use it only for the purposes of evaluating or delivering the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services giving rise to the claim.
